I'd played through the game once completely vanilla and I wanted to see what an 'Enhanced Oblivion' would be like.
I first downloaded this mod back when I was still a kid, and I'm pretty sure it was the first mod I ever downloaded and installed. First, I wanna share a little bit of history about me and MOE and why I chose to discuss this one first. This new version was designed to be modular with a series of plugins, allowing you to enable as much or as little of this mod as you please. Modular Oblivion Enhanced, or MOE was a rebuilt version of a mod called Oblivion Enhanced, which added a ton of new content and features to the game.
